We only provide a guideline value, which depends on factors such as weight, state of health and age. In the case of L-arginine, an amino acid, the recommended daily intake listed below should be adhered to.
Recommended daily dose of maca: 3-4 grams; max. 6 grams / day
Recommended daily dose of ginseng: 1-2 grams, max. 3 grams / day
Daily dose of L-arginine*: max. 1.6 grams / day
*If you consume half a platelet per day, your body absorbs 0.225 g of L-arginine.
